Semester schedule, examination periods and vacation dates for the academic year 2026-27.
The Academic Calendar sets out the schedule of the academic year, as approved by the competent authority of the University. Dates may be revised by notification; any change is published on the Circulars & Notices and Announcements pages.
1. Odd Semester (2026)

3. Important Notes
- The examination timetable notified by the Controller of Examinations prevails over any other schedule.
- A minimum of 75% attendance is required to be eligible for the end-semester examination.
- Holidays are observed as per the official Holiday List; see the Holiday List page.
- Local closures on account of weather, administrative requirement or an order of the competent authority are notified on the Announcements page.
- Students should check this page before planning travel.
