These Terms & Conditions govern use of mituniversitysikkim.com, the official website of Management and Information Technology University ("the University"), a State Private University established under Act No. 11 of 2024 of the Sikkim Legislative Assembly, and recognised under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956.
