Purpose
The Event Organisation Committee coordinates cultural, academic and co-curricular events across the University, ensuring smooth planning, execution and student participation across the calendar.
Key Responsibilities
- • Plan and coordinate the annual academic and cultural calendar
- • Coordinate with departments, clubs and student bodies
- • Manage logistics, venues, guest hospitality and vendor arrangements
- • Review post-event feedback and continuously improve delivery
