Student Welfare Committee
Purpose
The Student Welfare Committee supports, guides and empowers students throughout their academic journey — working to create an environment where students thrive academically and personally, and ensuring student voices are heard in institutional decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- • Well-Being Support — health, counselling and overall student wellness initiatives.
- • Financial Assistance — scholarships, fee concessions and financial aid for deserving students.
- • Grievance Handling — bridging students and administration before concerns escalate.
- • Cultural & Co-Curricular Activities — participation in cultural programmes, sports and clubs.
- • Career & Personal Development — workshops, mentorship and skill-enhancement training.
- • Inclusion & Equity — equal opportunity for students from all backgrounds, including differently-abled students and those from SC/ST, OBC and minority communities.
