Women's Grievance & Gender Sensitisation Cell
Purpose
The Women's Grievance & Gender Sensitisation Cell complements the ICC in safeguarding women students, faculty and staff — ensuring prompt redressal, awareness and a safe environment across the campus.
Key Responsibilities
- • Address complaints related to safety and harassment of women
- • Run gender-sensitisation and self-defence awareness sessions
- • Coordinate with local authorities and support networks when required
- • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in every case
